Do you only sell products, or do you install as well?
We supply equipment and design systems. For installation, we connect you with a qualified installer in your area, or you can use your own.
How do I know which products work together?
Choose one of our ready-matched kits, or ask us to check your selection before you order. We confirm compatibility between inverters, batteries and panels at no charge.
Can I buy in bulk or open a trade account?
Yes. Installers and resellers can contact sales@omnipath.co.za for volume pricing and pallet quantities.
Payment
How can I pay?
You can pay by card, EFT or PayFast through our secure checkout.
When does my order ship if I pay by EFT?
Orders paid by EFT ship once the payment reflects in our account, usually within 1 to 2 working days.
Delivery
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver nationwide. See our Delivery page for times and costs.
Can I collect my order?
No, all orders are delivered.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the courier slip, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Installation and compliance
Do I need a Certificate of Compliance?
Yes. Fixed electrical installations,
